Opener films, performance backdrops, transition packs, and run-of-show content for tours, festivals, conferences, and corporate stages. Built to carry the room from house lights down to walk-off.
A live event isn't one piece of content — it's a sequence. The audience walks in to a hype loop. The lights drop. An opener film hits. A name graphic supers in. Speakers walk on, walk off, transition. The room moves through 30, 60, 90 minutes of choreographed visuals before the lights come back up.
That entire sequence is what we build. Opener through close. Brand-matched, music-cut, run-of-show coordinated. Designed to land at the back of the room and still feel personal up front.
We've delivered show packages for arena tours, corporate keynotes, benefit galas, and stadium-scale activations — including the Beloved Benefit, the YouVersion 1 Billion Downloads show, and Chick-fil-A's NEXT corporate event. Every package built around what your show is actually trying to make people feel.
A full event package is rarely one deliverable. Here's what we build, mixed and matched to your run-of-show.
The questions we get asked most by event producers and corporate event teams.
For full show packages: 8–12 weeks out is ideal, 6 weeks is workable, anything tighter is a conversation. For one-off pieces (opener film only, transition pack only) we can sometimes turn faster. Tell us your date and we'll be honest about what's possible.
Yes. Send us the master (or stems), and content is animated to the cut. For music we don't have rights to, we'll work with your music sup to license appropriately or recommend a composer.
Yes. We deliver in-room content for stage screens and matching cuts for broadcast/livestream graphics — same brand language, formatted for each output. Lower thirds, name supers, and bug graphics included where needed.
Both. We quote a flat fee against the deliverable list — whether that's a single opener film or the full run-of-show. Tell us what you actually need and we scope to fit.
Yes. Send us your brand guidelines, fonts, color system, and any reference material. Most of our event work pulls from a client's existing brand rather than inventing new — though we can do that too.
That's how most projects run. We coordinate directly with your production company, AV team, and lighting designer — file specs, cue list, run-of-show. We've worked with 46 Entertainment, North Point Production Resources, and several agency-side production teams.
Maybe. We've scoped from a single opener film up to a full arena tour. If your show is small, tell us what you're working with — we'll either scope a fit or refer you to someone who's a better match.
Tell us your event date, run-of-show, and scope. We respond within one business day.
