Miss America is the longest-running competition of its kind in the country — the 2026 edition is number ninety-nine. This year it moved to a new home: West Palm Beach, Florida, with the finals staged at the Palm Beach County Convention Center and broadcast live on September 6.
Andrews Media brought Fort Studios in to build the LED content for the broadcast stage — a 5,632-pixel-wide center canvas plus side screens, every look designed to read on camera first and in the room second. Television is a different discipline than touring: the wall is a set piece in every shot, and the content has to hold up at f-stop, not fog level.
Seven full looks came out of the sprint — star curtains, patriotic ribbon streams, fireworks, a red runway moment — plus triggered confetti hits and loops that could be layered over any look on a cue. Everything was built to the 99th-edition brand guidelines and previsualized on a 3D model of the stage, so the show team signed off every look in context before load-in.
The full run — brief to broadcast — took ten days. Final masters were delivered the night before air.
